The taste

The visual surprise effect is provided by the black Palm Island salt, which owes its dark color to the activated carbon it contains. Fruity, spicy ancho chili really adds a punch to the spice that the fire cooking expert par excellence developed together with STAY SPICED!: We're talking about Tom Heinzle, an absolute master of his craft. Together we worked out which fine ingredients could be included in the Dark Side of BBQ mix - the choice fell on cherry fruit powder, among others, which gives the spicy barbecue spice mix a surprising twist. Garlic, shallots, black sesame, nutmeg, cumin, porcini mushrooms, black cumin, coriander, allspice and sumac round off the Dark Side of BBQ perfectly - and turn the outdoor cooking spice mix into a full-bodied, strong taste experience that will delight you visually and taste-wise.
