The STAY SPICED! seasoning for yeast dough, yeast dough and Reindling can be used with any sweet yeast dough. To do this, simply replace some of the sugar in the dough recipe with the STAY SPICED! yeast-yeast dough & Reindling dough seasoning. For a recipe with, for example, 70g of granulated sugar, simply reduce the amount to 50g of granulated sugar and refine the dough with 20g of yeast dough-spiced sugar mixture. The STAY SPICED! yeast-yeast dough & Reindling dough seasoning can also be used for fillings, for example for Carinthian Reindling.
