Mix 2 tbsp gingerbread spice, 3 eggs, 50 g cocoa, 500 g flour and the horn salt and potash dissolved in water (5 g each) with the above mixture until the dough is firm. Sprinkle the freshly baked gingerbread with chocolate sprinkles.
