Harry Albel has always had a passion for alpine flavors. Whether it's May buds, Swiss stone pine, mountain pine or other mossy and woody flavors, they always had a special appeal for him. In his role as a pastry chef and in the kitchen, he always liked to use these flavors, but he could never find the optimal flavor combination. It was either too bitter, too tart, too spicy, evaporated too quickly or too sweet.
In 2011, Harry made his first 3-liter pine schnapps for his guests at home and for himself. This schnapps was so good and popular that he even received a few 'orders' for it from his circle of friends. The famous phrase "Go on, Harry, make me some next year too" was the trigger for the next stage. Year after year, he perfected his skills and expanded his knowledge. What once began as a hobby for friends and their acquaintances eventually developed into a real pine schnapps factory. Inspired by this, five unique spice blends have now been created with STAY SPICED!
